Service and Quality Control

Consulting: We have many years of experience in the preparation, advertisement and installation procedures of natural stone products in outside areas and will accompany you on a consultant basis during the entire planning, construction and payment process.

Service: In addition to the personal advice, and if you so wish, we can provide you with samples, inspection reports, literature, sample texts (such as, for example, introductory notes and descriptions on the natural stone) for your specifications.

Expertise: We visit the major Asian natural stone centres several times each year to keep ourselves up-to-date with regard to the newest possibilities and to know the right partners for your projects. This provides us with excellent contacts to high-performance manufacturers - an important prerequisite when it comes to quality and price.

Support: If, in a particular case, our personal experience does not suffice, we have a number of internal and external specialists and appraisers at our disposal and can give you their details if you wish.
